Jimmy Chan is an Executive Partner and one of the founders of our firm.

Prior to establishing our firm, Jimmy had worked for over 8 years with international accounting firms. He has solid professional experience in audit assurance, internal control and due diligence engagements, especially in assurance in property developer, financial institutions including listed banks and Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC"), Hong Kong Listed companies, US Listed companies (with PCAOB). In addition, he is an estate agent licensed from Estate Agents Authority in HONG KONG. It makes Jimmy a more profession in property-related industries.

Also Jimmy has already have years in Taxation experiences, especially in corporate cross-border tax planning and corporate tax restructuring.
